Just wanting to get some input on an item progression and mastery assortment.

for jungle

For Laning, switch for

Masteries being 24 / 6 / 0

and my runes of choice are %20 attack speed, +7.4 energy regen per 5 seconds, and +20% CDR by level 18

Not sure if what I have is 'effective' or not but I wanted some feedback.
