"Perfect Mastery" Completionists?

I was wondering how many people out there have managed to max out the mastery at level 5 for every single champion in the game?

So, 130 x 5 = 650

I'd be impressed if anyone had mastery level 650.

I highly doubt it. This is just a guess but I would say it takes about 30-40 games to get level 5 on a champion so that would be 3900-5200 games playing each champion evenly.
