Give Skarner and Mord true damage
So that way all 6 champs who got reworked recently have true damage.

b/c they need it?? lol
well when 
can bop you on the head so hard that you fall through the rift, and 
can move arround super fast with his spires stunning and snaring everyone , adding true damage to that is not really gunna help balance them any more :P
Mordekaiser would benefit from built in tenacity better
