When you run into people who don't lock in, refer them to this sight...
Illiteracy is rampant among the Millennial generation. They deserve our help if possible because they were never equipped with the proper tools by their teachers or parents.
When I have to say im ready 3 times in a row, (Ready check, Bans, Picks) AND I have to lock in after i pick every time is not helpful. If I choose a champion I have the intent on playing it or banning it, why must i lock it in. I am at a 30 minute wait because i dodged a que an hour ago by accident and now i did again. It is not all the players fault here as just starting a game is much easier in any other moba I am a fan of the new style of draft, but if there has to be 17 player interactions ( Ready check, 6 bans, 10 picks) to just start a game there is something wrong THE TIMER USED TO ALWAYS CLICK DOWN AND YOU WOULD KNOW IT WAS YOUR TURN TO PICK IF YOU WERE ALT TABBED NOW THEY GO FOR THE LAST 5 SECONDS I have played this game since beta and the fact that people are dodging mainly by accident is ridiculous. FIX THIS BEFORE I GET ANOTHER 30 MINUTES OF DODGE TIMER AND HAVE TO WAIT 15 MINS FOR OTHERS BECAUSE THEY DODGE ACCIDENTALLY ...... I would never get que penalties before as i didn't dodge. I have lost 30 LP this season now from the simple button. Just change it back so we don't have to lock in every-time.
