Quinn is an embarrassment to all of Riot games. F*CKING fix her so I can main her effectively

Make her passive more reliable by allowing control with cursor placement (proximity to champ ect.)

Her blind is okay, but as val it should have increased range.

Her w needs to be buffed. Allow for the vision to stay 15 seconds (cd doesn't start till it ends, and reduce cd a tad) make her bonus attack speed as val different. Give val an extra tool by making it so every strike he applies a bleed affect, allowing you to dmg to low, walk away safely and still get kill.

Her dash is also pretty unreliable. It gives you a mark, but it doesn't give you the safety of Yi's Alpha or the distance of Ezreal's flash. Also as val it is a one trick ability, all it does is get you to the enemy. It needs to place you on the other side, apply harrier or on hit effects, or even grant bonus move speed after jump.

And finally the ult...........

1st off, cut off 10 seconds at all ranks, make it more reliable as a escape tool and chase tool. 2nd, give the recast some kind of cc for those pesky enemies who don't die. A wide slow or just a .5 sec root for champs. 3rd, make it so val's speed boost increases faster, and make it so he starts with half of the max speed boost.

Not all of the buffs would be required, just 1 or two. But the reliability issues should be addressed. Take the Time and get her right, I have all the skins and love her, but just a tune up and reliability check would be awesome, including a small buff to her esacpe/ kite.
