Quinn's passive is not finding max range targets. [gameplay]

Whenever I go to attack either the Gromp, dragon, or baron I encounter this issue (I have not noticed it elsewhere but I am startign to realize the latency of marking on minions when I am sitting in a warded bush at max-ish range AA. When I stand at max range and auto attack the gromp dragon or baron, for some reason Val does not mark the target.

Easiest and quickest way to reproduce.:

  1. go to gromp at the beginning of the game.
  2. wait for it to spawn while standing in the blue buff bush
  3. when it spawns do not walk up to it, make sure you click the attack button before you enter max range to guarantee max range aa.
  4. after about 2 aa you will notice that the gromp is still not marked.

This is really annoying late game when I am trying to kill dragon with my team, I am forced to make myself more vulnerable to enemy attacks by getting even closer to max dmg. Like I said I think this is just a general bug for her passive but I notice it mostly in the jungle.

You just noticed how clunky she is? Riot has known about her problems for years but they refuse to do anything about it. Why? Because they hate her.

Word. So annoying. This is the main reason I feel like she gets no lcs play. That and the CD on her ultimate is to high. And risky as Fuck to use. Give valor form increased max vision like 145% and drop the CD 5 sec per rank of ultimate. That would at least bring her up to par with other adc champs. Vaynes ultimate is on like a 60 sec CD. She goes invisible and she gets ad and ms. Also her passive is like 400% more dps than Quinn in a 40 min game. Damn Rito.
