What happened to the /All chat BUTTON for match-made ques after new HUD update!!!!!!!!!!!

For some reason, with the new HUD update, we lost the ability to click a button and send to both teams. So if I type a long ass sentence and want to send it cross chat, but forgot to write the "/all", I have to go back and retype the whole thing, FTW riot!!!!! where did the handy "/all" button go for those moments in life where I forget to do the littlest of things. It was more then just a convenience it was life. WHO ELSE MISSES THIS FEATURE!!!!!!!!????????? SPREAD THE WORD!!!!!!!
