When you see a rando roll Jinx in ARAM

You roll an Ashe and look up to see a Jinx! YAY!. Maybe since you main Jinx they will trade? Nope. Happens. No worries. But in game..they playing 2 miles behind the whole team. Won't engage at all until 3 peeps die. When asked why she isn't AAing...yells out "I only poke with my W" and She ults into 1 full life Garen to start her first engage. Dies in 2 seconds. Repeats this all game. Been searching YouTube all day to see if I was punk'd.
