When does lag spike work in my favor? :(

Kinda sucks when it's the start of a game, you get in a fight with Teemo as Shen and you are wrecking him only to lose because your character ignores your clicks for 4 seconds allowing teemo to constantly auto you in a fight you would have killed him 3 seconds ago :(

When do I get the lag spike in my favor QQ XD
