How would you feel if Riot made a slot for boots like they did with trinkets?
They could change around boot prices to balance it, but how you would feel?

A lot of items are based around you having to make a choice between that item and another one. For example, Bloodthirster VS Blade of the Ruined King.
If you did that change then people wouldn't have to choose anymore and could just get them both. Pretty much everyone at maxed build would be one item stronger, which I don't think is a good thing for the game necessarily.
Not needed. Buying boots means you only have 5 slots left for other items, and this is intended. It forces people to make decisions about what they're putting into that limited space. 1 extra item makes too much of a difference without rebalancing everything.
Would favor carries too much since offensive stats outscale defensive ones.
Boots are really significant, especially the upgraded ones. There was a reason why boots were the first items bought in past seasons. So I'm going to have to say no to that one. I'm perfectly ok with potions being a slot though (obviously the new flasks don't count.)
