So what if I don't blame myself for losses...

under the following criteria

-Most damage dealt to enemy champions -Most damage taken from enemy champions -Least deaths -Void if I have more than 5 kills with more than 5 deaths (I understand that when I get a significant number of kills with too many deaths I make it a lot harder on the rest of my team)

and adding a new one to that criteria today -More wards placed than any non support on my team

Only when I meet 100% of those things do I not blame myself and just say "Oh well I'll get em next time." Is there any criteria you have? I've seen a lot on this forum blame their team without even close to meeting that criteria. Having a lot of kills and a lot of deaths just isn't good enough.

I quit for a long period and am just getting back into things so I can easily see a lot of the mistakes I'm making (for now anyways) as well as a lot of the mistakes my allies are making. In normals I'm currently sitting at an MMR where people give up when they're winning and don't know it. In fact it's not at all uncommon for people to just throw away their lives like they don't matter because they respawn (especially when they think they're losing). Another massive issue I'm seeing is a lack of understanding of objectives, or prioritizing proper objectives. Still I'm enjoying it down here just working on my mechanical skills for now without tryharding.

Still, IMO there's only yourself to blame unless you meet all the following criteria, and instead of blaming others you should just be happy with your performance knowing that it will bring you higher if you maintain that performance level and just clickeh the next match.

Ignore whether you win or lose, just focus on playing well.

Who cares if you did not cause the lose. What did u do to enable a win? Refusing to group and your team mates getting slaughtered defending towers is going to keep you deaths low. Never jumping into a fight first(top laner) and only going for clean up will inflate your KDA.

These behaviors can cause the conditions that you are mentioning. So you can play badly and throw the blame off if u want.

I win games with low KDA cause i make plays. I start most fights and die cause of this. But i enable my team to move forward. You should look what you are doing for your team or win, instead of looking for ways not to blame your self.

If you play the blame game you will always lose. Focus only on what you can do to improve and everything else will eventually fall in line.
