Skin sales

Do you guys feel like the amount of skins they put on sale at each time is large enough? There are 349 skins (according to the LoL wiki) and often it feels like whenever a sale is posted I don't see anything that I care about. Usually this is because either:

I don't play the champions in the sale
I already own the skins (I don't own THAT many)
I don't like the skin or I already own one for the champ that I like better

Looking for some feedback here on how RIOT decided to only put 3 on sale at a time and why there hasn't been a concept of a coupon, multi-purchase discount (not including bundles which most of the time have 1 or 2 things I want but I don't want to spend the RP for the other things I DON'T want) or other kinds of promotions.

Am I the only one that feels like the sales are underwhelming?

Nope. Sales are sufficient in my opinion. If you don't feel like waiting, buy it at full priced. They've expanded sales with monthly bundles which is wonderful and asking for anything more than what they're doing now is kind of unreasonable.

Well, with 349 skins and 3 of them on sale every 3 days that is nearly equivalent to each skin being on sale once per year (though more skins are being created, but then again others have become unavailable).

It would be nice if skins could be discounted slightly if you buy 3 or more of them at a time (like you pick 3 and get say 10% off the total).

Then again, skins always cost RP and are therefore Riots only guaranteed revenue source.

The sales are pretty sufficient in my book, its a surprise every week and there is at least SOMETHING good for everyone. I dont buy anything unless its on sale so maybe do that so you dont find yourself in the position where you already bought the skin you like better.
