Format of item descriptions

I was looking at the changes to the items on the PBE and was just thinking that the description on the items could be a little cleaner.

For example, see the attached file. I only spent a couple of minutes on this in paint, but the main goal was to add clarity through better spacing, colors and organization.

Don't focus on the colors so much but more the layout. I also think it might be good to have some color coding for stat bonuses (i.e. health in green, damage in red, etc.) but I wasn't sure if that had too much going on.

Thoughts?

Good color choice. The red sticks out. Will probably help new players a bit more, since after a while you just remember what is unique and what can stack. In fact a month ago I played an SR and this guy goes mid as Fizz and builds 4 deathcaps...
