Teemo Blind

I have noticed that there are inconsistencies with Teemo's blind when interacting with some abilities of other champions. For example, Jax and Gangplank have the following abilities:

Empower ACTIVE: Jax's next basic attack or Leap Strike within the next 10 seconds deals additional magic damage. Empower resets the autoattack timer.

Parrrley ACTIVE: Gangplank shoots a target enemy with his pistol, dealing physical damage. If it is killed with this ability, he gains extra gold and is refunded half the mana cost. This ability is treated as a melee autoattack, and can critically strike and applies on-hit effects (including his passive).

Blind doesn't seem to block either of these even though they are considered auto-attacks. Can you clarify why this doesn't stop these abilities?

Its just a matter that none of the blinds in the game stop those, its not just Teemo.

Probably because Blind doesn't stop Champions' abilities. This probably includes things like Nasus Q', etc.

Teemo should be tied to a rocket and get sent through the dimension of no return, he deserves that much, annoying furball.....

It also doesn't stop the knockup from Xin's Q (I believe the attacks still miss, but the knockup will still land and possibly the bonus damage, haven't tested it that much), or Kayle's sword when it is on fire. It seems many abilities that empower an auto-attack will still land even if the auto-attack itself doesn't land, which just doesn't make sense to me. I believe Parrrley and the knockup from Xin's Q are both blocked by spell-shields, which means they're being treated primarily as spells. But other abilities like Kayle's sword on fire are blocked by neither a spellshield nor a blind.
