Quinn is bugged (shocker)

So i was playing Quinn against a Yasuo, and then he put up his wall while my passive was on him and the autoattack hit his wall, but then after than my passive was still on him but my autoatacks were not triggering my passive and then i died twice because of this. There's probably only like three people in the world who play Quinn enough to notice this.

quinns passive dosent leave until the enemy is hit by the auto attack

Quinn is bugged to hell but nothing is being done about her. This bug is because of her passive mechanics. The mark is actually an AA modifier, instead of an actual consumable mark, often leading to unintuitive gameplay. Which is the same reason the passive often fails to consume the mark in the first place for AA ing too early.
