[Gameplay] Quinn's passive breaks on Yasuo's wall

So i was playing Quinn against a Yasuo, and then he put up his wall while my passive was on him and the autoattack hit his wall, but then after than my harrier target was still on him but my autoattacks were not dealing the bonus damage or consuming the harrier target. There's probably only like three people in the world who play Quinn enough to notice this.

Yasuo had harrier on him and then he put up his wall Quinn autoattacks him and the enhanced autoattack hits the wall Yasuo will still have harrier on him but Quinns autoattacks will not be enhanced until harrier wears off and Valor targets him again
