Glitchy Usernames In Chats before game

This is what my usernames look like. Ever since 9.23. Immediately after the update. I thought I would wait for the next patch and see if it got fixed, but I have no idea why this happened. I got the update and it was just like this. The club tags show up normally, and it is fixed in-game.
