I really feel riot should make their customer service better and faster
So far in my experience with riots system of helping people work issues out is basically sending them a ticket and praying to the rito gods that they will see your ticket and do something about you problem. Just about a day ago my accounts email was stolen and changed so, having this happen this person changed my login password rendering me unable to login to my profile. I'm so glad that I never signed out of the website here or else I might never have gotten some extra tips on how the system works. All I asked for in my ticket was for an email change yet I've almost waited more than 2 days to get a reply on my ticket? I would feel riot should change something up or add something that either allows you to possibly talk to a worker or have a better and faster system to solve some people's problems. Right now league was basically the one game that I had lots of fun playing and really dont have any other games to play, so for the time being I'm just sitting here every day hoping that I will get a response to my ticket. Currently my patience is starting to wear thin and have made multiple posts already in the boards asking for help and possible ways to solve my problem. Soon I will start getting saltier and saltier because I had spent around 120 dollars on league already and dont want it to go down the drain. I hope that someone at riot will see this and maybe be able to help in any way that doesnt include waiting for a response for my ticket.
