How long does riot take to respond to a ticket?
Anybody know about how long riot takes to respond to a ticket and if they do respond do they respond to either your email or something else?

Please be calm, they will get to your ticket as soon as they can. You will be emailed with updates on your ticket, and you can check your ticket any time from the support page by logging in and going to the "My Tickets" link on top, then selecting your ticket. Responses could take a day or two if they have a large backlog.
