My PBE Account

Since I decided to finally make a PBE account because my account is honor 4, Actually logging into the account has been troublesome. Right after the account was made I went and downloaded the client and updated everything that needed to. Yet upon actually trying to login, I was told my username or password was incorrect. Knowing for a fact that nothing was spelled wrong, and there was no way I had forgotten my own login in a span of mere minutes i'm not sure whats causing this to happen. Also when I go to reset my password, I don't get any e-mail even after waiting for an hour. So unless there is some login bug or some other reason i'm not able to access said account I would really love to be able to get the account working again because I liked the named I chose and don't want to change it.
