League art being used in adds for other games [WITH SCREENSHOT]

Soo I was on kisscartoon watchin' me some good ol Steven Universe (product placement) when I came across this add that caught my attention.

As a league player I could OBVIOUSLY tell this was some Ahri art being used for another website. I couldn't tell if it was official art bbecause it's obviously not NA art, but is there anything that can be done about this if it's fan art?
