Zombie Brand Skin does it still come out on Halloween?

Pretty much like I said in the title. Does Zombie Brand skin ever come back out like on Halloween or in a bundle? I would literally buy a whole bundle or pay double just to get it. I really want it. I know you can get it in a chest but I mean the odds of that are slim to none unless eventually they come out with a trade system.
