How long until banned account names are available?
I just saw someone with a cool name (leona my eggo. lelz, i know) and was wonder how long until I could claim it.

They still follow the same rules for Summoner Name Clean Up as accounts that aren't banned. 1 month per level, 6 months minimum. It also may not be a great idea to announce to others what name you want; there are malicious people who will watch and take it to spite you.
