Well, it will most likely be a top laner, so maybe Gnar, Nasus, Ekko, or Gangplank. They could do cool things with any of those champions.

I'd like to see a Champion that doesn't already have an expensive sparkly skin get an expensive sparkly skin but that's just my opinion
