If you are going to use Win Rate as an example

Make sure you use play rate too. Champ A could get played 3 out of every 100 game but wins two of them to giving them a 66% win rate with a 3% pick rate while champ B gets played 20 out of every 100 games only wins 8 of them giving them a 40% win rate with a 20% pick rate. Does that mean champ A is clearly better then champ B cause they have a higher win rate? Karthus has a 51% win rate but only a .16% play rate while Lee Sin has a 46% win rate and a 31% play rate. Does this mean Karthus is stronger then Lee cause he wins a higher percentage of his games?
