Slayer skin set

Hey guys, I've been playing jinx lately and I have been trying to farm Slayer Jinx from boxes but I have not had any luck. What are the chances of getting her from a fox/reroll and do you think Riot will put the slayer skins back in the store for Halloween this year? Jinx Jinx Jinx Jinx

She will more than likely come back to the store for Halloween.
