katarina still does not have mana, why?
I'm just curious even after her rework she remains mana/costless with low cool downs on her abilities. She's a mage assassin correct? She uses magic she should use mana.

She throws knives and runs super fast, where exactly is she using magic?
If anything, her resource should be gold. With how many daggers she's throwing out, it's gotta cost more to replace them than filling the quivers of most ADCs ;)
