just becasue you have an "op" champion doesnt mean its "op" for everyone

Lets use katarina even though shes not op shes just good in low elo's . Yes shes good for snowballing and for players that can combo fast enough. But its not good when timmy who is stuck in gold/plat/silver trys to play it against players his own skill level because he gets shut down by the fact that he cant play the champion well enough.
