Support Twisted Fate (How to build him?)

Hey there, Onwodori here. Yes, I WAS Master Fledgling.

Twisted Fate is another one of those super flexible champions. With a 2 second stun up every five seconds or less after a few levels, global vision and infinite considerable poke with blue card + stacked up E, he is a force to be reckoned with. The massive item changes also helps him with being a utility / damage support. Items like the auto attack extender, reduced cost of iceborn gauntlet and increased CDR of it, even the new Guisino's Rageblade might work for extended battles for him.

If you can think of a good, definitive core for him, something for damage and utility, I'd be very grateful -- I am still new to Twisted Fate, though his power is obvious.
