There is only one thing that keeps me from using Phoenix Quinn more

TL;DR Change Phoenix Quinn's arrow from her auto attack animation to have a fire effect surrounding it.

I absolutely adore Quinn (as shown by my name). I have since I first played her way back before I quit League in Season 3 (I came back during Season 5). During Season 5, one of my friends gifted me Phoenix Quinn (probably would've bought it but I had the anti-spend-money-on-league attitude). I loved the skin. Later on when I eventually picked up Woad Scout for doing a favor for a friend, I noticed a few differences in the quality of the two skins. While I like the model and effects of Phoenix more than that of Woad Scout, Woad Scout had several things Phoenix didn't have. For example, Woad Scout's Valor had a different sound set (I don't really care about that as I think the base skin's sounds fit fine), it had a different indicator for harrier (Would love a new one for Phoenix but i still am fine with what it is), but the one thing that consistently bothers me when I use the skin. That would be the model and effect of the arrow from her auto attack. In Woad Scout, you get a cool snowy effect surrounding the arrow has a different model (or at least new colorscheme). However, the Phoenix Quinn skin, it uses the base arrow and no special effect. It bothers me to no end when I'm farming and I keep seeing blue fletchings on a Red/White colorscheme. Would it be that hard to make this skin have a firey effect surrounding the arrow? It would really help and I would appreciate it a ton. If you've read this far, thank you
