Veigar Lux Ziggs Heimerdinger Anivia Lulu statistically have the highest winrates against Diana. So basically range + cc.

early game (pre 6) make her burn her mana. Remember that she does not have away to go on you til after level 6. You can be aggressive with your poke. If she has a TP try and make her B pre 6. Make her pay for every CS.

Post 6, make sure you have some pots. Dia will never 100 to 0 you. She will take over half your bar though(in lane). Her ult damage is stoppable with CC.

Learn how to read her Q pathing and distances. Some times going forward is better than backwards.
