First, we'll assume that each champion is strictly attacking Baron (i.e. the result would be different if Yi needed to meditate while solo'ing it but not necessarily while duo'ing it for example).
Yi must be able to solo Baron in 7.531129 seconds. Kha'zix takes 8.531129 seconds (I did round slightly... I figure 6 decimals is good enough for you?)
In 4 seconds, Yi deals 4/7.531129 = 53.1129% of Baron's health Kha'zix deals 4/8.531129 = 46.8871% That's a total of 100% of Baron's health.
To get a range (just as evidence for my final answer):
If Yi could kill it in 7 seconds, then Kha'zix would be 8 seconds. Meaning over 4 seconds, Kha'zix could do half of it's health and Yi could do a bit more than half of it's health (half in 3.5 seconds and an extra half second of damage). So it must take Yi longer than 7 seconds.
If Yi could kill it in 8 seconds, then Kha'zix would be 9 seconds. Meaning over 4 seconds, Yi could do half of it's health and Kha'zix less than half of it's health (half would take 4.5 seconds). So it must take Yi shorter than 8 seconds.
