When does season 5 end and season 6 begin? I've gotten drastically better at all aspects of the game but due to a low MMR im kinda stuck for now. I lose 27 LP for losing a game and only gain about 15 for a win. It's impossible to move forward even though I get 8 game winning streaks. I'm hoping with a new season I'll be able to move up.
People move down at the beginning of the season, not up. That said, it'll end some time after world's, ie in November.

In my case im pretty certain that I will go up. Given that im Bronze 5 and there's really no room for me to go any lower. I've only been at level 30 since June. And when I started playing ranked games I admit that I really didn't know anything about game play. But I've found a champ I can move up with and the only reason I'm as low as I am is because of the amount of LP that I lose vs how much I gain. Im finally winning more than I lose and I believe that it will eventually catch up. I won 8 games in a row and lost all the LP I had gained just from losing 2 matches. It's forced me to stay where im at. Even though my performance has improved drastically. It's not realistic for me to win 8 games in a row all the time because bronze is full of trolls, afk's, and feeders.
