Maybe a small fix for hextech ?

So i always see people complaining that they have extra chests (Sometimes people complain about having extra keys, looking at you one tricks:<), And the reason is because if you miss getting 4 keys a month its impossible to ever open all your chests (Unless you buy a key). So what i think riot should do is at the end of every month let players chose between getting a key or chest, this way they wont always have that one key/chest that they can never use, that will always frustrate them.
