Does reporting even work, or your system ignores reports and just thinks for it self.
i need a answer, seems like reporting doesn't do anything. what ever happened to the tribunal thingy every1 was talking about bring it back or something

It kinda does something, after almost every game I report my friend for offensive language just to troll and it gives him a message.
Seems like almost every game I get a troll or afker or quitter. Not sure if what they are doing isn't working or if they really aren't doing anything.
You have to remember that the way the system works they need to be continuously reported. And I'm assuming for the same reason. If people just troll/afk/feed in one game it more than likely won't show on their record especially if it's the first time they did it. Couple that with the possible millions of people playing this game you are going to get a few people like that. Especially when people can make smurf accounts and do what ever!
So yes reporting does something. Can you not tell with the countless people who come here claiming they did nothing wrong for their bans. People get reported and when they finally cause the trigger they are finally ban, or restricted. Which ever riot seems to fit as their punishment!

This is one reason the system has to have checks and balances. That being said, false reports lead to the persons report meaning less and less. I have even heard talk or punishing false reporters. BoxBox--I don't intend to single you out, but you did provide the perfect example ;)
