underwhelming passives

Thoughts on xerath's and lissandra's passive? i cant think of any other mages or any champs in general but I think these passives REALLY do suck. like its obvious its somewhat k in the early game but later on these dont really benefit you at all. I don't spam my spells as much but idk why i find my self oom the passive is there yea sure but like u never find ur self oom during the mid-late game as many other champs and then the other champs have a proper passive. as writing this i just took in zileans passive is horrible too, but thats being re-worked so idk.

I think Xerath paasive actually fits him pretty good , he's always out of mana and that help very well , but Lissandra really needs a new passive

Twitch's passive deals about.... no damage. No damage, literally at all. Ever.

At Level 18, one stack of Darius' passive will do 36 (+30% AD) magic damage. At that level, one stack of Twitch's passive will do 36 true damage. Darius' passive is also applied by his abilties. I get that it's magic damage, but this really does not make up for this gap.

I like Liss's passive. You can get away with just item 3165 for her because of it. She spams a lot too, spams q in fights spams qw to waveclear, spams qwe at monsters.
