I cant play league anymore

On a mac. Everytime i try to open league, it says theres another client running would you like 2 terminate, but i dont have any client running.

I'd recommend (granted I'm not a mac user) going to mac's version of the PC "Task Manager," or wherever your active processors are listed, and terminate any and all LoL based options.

Sorry if that seems too vague, but that solves that particular issue on the PC side of the client.
