But here's the thing. This system will catch zero trolls. None, absolutely no actual trolls will be caught by your idea.
Know why? Because that troll who would pick Heimer jungle in champ select and then feed, will now instead pick Rek'Sai in the jungle, play along until the game starts, and then reveal themselves as a troll and feed. So, this system will only be abused against innocent people (trust me as someone who's played tons of Bard I know), catch zero trolls, and actually lead to less dodged troll-games, effectively making the game worse in every way conceivable.
