Lack of fucks given by riot

I have been on this board looking at a few problems that I have personally had. Then I began to notice that RIOT only replies to threads which involve MONEY (CC fraud), and MASSIVE NETWORKING PROBLEMS (their business model assumes there will always be few people who can be ignored to serve the many of the community). Unless they are reading the threads but not responding. Can we please at least have a "RIOT read" thingy so we know if someone has actually read the problem? Maybe I am just being petty. However, when I am in a RANKED 5s game and 2 of my teammates (myself included) go from 32 ping to 250 ping HAPHAZARDLY it is quite annoying. I then go on the forums to see if anyone else is having this problem. I see multiple threads on the same issue, yet not a single thread I have seen personally has had a Riot moderator address these issues.
