So i've been looking for a new online multiplayer game. Ive tried out dayz SA but as you know its in alpha. I've tried several MMO's like Archage and Eve online but they didnt really catch my attention. If you can give me some nice suggestions for a good MMO i'd appreciate it. Thanks guys!
I would like to know a good one too. Have you tried Rift? I was with the game when i first came out, and it skyrocketed when it went free to play. nothing changed about it since the original release. they added a store but they don't sell pay to win stuff. just mounts and cosmetic outfits and boosters. nothing gamebreaking. it got good class customization too. idk I didn't like the whole theme of it but a lot of people enjoy it. you might like it

World of Warcraft is nothing but a casual facebook game anymore with hardly any social interaction. Eve Online is like a full time job to have fun with it(working with corp). Everything else is literally watered down, over graphic compensating piles of steaming shit. We're in what could really be called the dark ages of MMORPG genre games. I have hopes for Camelot Unchained, but who knows when that will release.
If you want my solid honest advice, pick up a new hobby until the industry stops spewing out crap.

I'd really like a new mmo too. I used to play RS a lot...but I'd like an awesome new mmo if there ever is one...
it depends on what you actually want in an MMO, i can say i have tried a ton of games that just doesnt hold up anymore! i can say about the only game that caught my attention for awhile was Maplestory, and that was mainly because all my friends were playing it back in Middle/High School when the game just came out! now-a-days i know some who still play it, and from time to time i play it, but not as i use too.
Another game that caught my attention that is recent was Marvel Heroes. granted im a huge marvel fan so it might sound a bit biased, but its a fun game. the only downside i have is that it seems like a game to play best with other people which sadly isnt for my friends, but i still play it. the main story is cool seeing villains and usually playing as the heroes of marvel's comic, although they have been releasing some villains as well (eg Magneto) but it has a large pool of heroes to play as, and its pretty fun to play with in general!
Wildstar is actually a pretty fun new MMO. It's like if Pixar decided to do a re-imagining of Firefly with a dash of Treasure Planet thrown in.
I don't think they make good MMOs anymore. Also good can be subjective in terms of one's taste.
