you die alot on every champ you play, so I'd say focus on small victories instead of always going to the kill.
if you force a flash don't chase with your flash, zone, getting 15 cs up on someone is usually better then trading kills.

ad i can only play the lanes i get shoved in :\ i can request but most of the time the lane i want is taken or gets stolen
