They tried that once and gave a long explanation for why it didn't work out. Don't have a link, but I clearly remember it.

Most of the HUMANS that play this game don't even know how to jungle. Start there.

Also, if you are at a level that learning to jungle is important then a bot game is usually just going to be a 20 min waste of time.
