Jinx's W doesn't reveal invis champs?

I'm fairly certain it has always been like this. They are very few champion abilities that reveal stealth champions. A few that I can think of right now are Lee Sin's Q and E, Karma's W, and Twisted Fate's ultimate.

EDIT: Here is a list of champion abilities that give true vision (according to the wiki):

Caitlyn's W and R, Fizz's R, Karma's W and R+W, Lee Sin's Q and E, Lulu's E, Nidalee's Hunt passive, Rengar's R, Thresh's Q, Twisted Fate's R, and Zyra's W.

JInx W Tool Tip on the champions page

"Jinx uses Zapper, her shock pistol, to fire a blast that deals damage to the first enemy hit, slowing and revealing it if it is not stealthed."

Personally i think it should grant vision considering you don't often land zap on an invisible target to begin with.
