My concern is: If I were a parent, or when the fates allow me o be a parent someday, HOW, could I ever explain to my child why there would be people out there throwing games and Quitting a game at the 20 minute mark? Which, most of the League of Legends arena of audience members or also competitors claims o think is OK to Surrender vote (Or another Form of Quitting) in the middle of the game), yes statistics are ruined, but leaving a game (Quitting with LeaveBuster or AFK'ing is wrong)??? I am against Quitting in all fashions inside of competition defining the term of defeating quitting in any means possible. HOW, could I soothe and diminish the tears from the social bullying of Surrender Voting as a team giving up "Quitting" in installing the game by game learning agility and tactics they gain from each unique team, but explain leaving "Quitting" a game altogether is important to adhere to?

Strategy Or Tactic: To call out "Trolling" only to gain the reply, which is time consuming when intentionally opinionating to cause a person to get upset when they are trying the best the can; _**also causing there to be more Gold earned while the person takes the time to reply **_or assert their intentions to report the negative attitude diminishing team morale.

Level Diminishing: Trying to keep a person at a lower level of League of Legends. Might stay at the Bronze level if Chat comments with Unsportsmanlike Conduct support a conversation in chat with negative attitude support = in dishing out and in defending oneself.

Advanced Online Video Gamers claimed Rights to "Troll" Bully the lower level Online Video Gamers.

Alternative Strategy or Tactic: To help the time with the game as a "Push" the time to have the game complete inside of their favored 20 minutes game time to promote a faster present and attentive inside of arrival to play another game.

Holy shit there is no tldr. :D Read a lot of it but also skimmed a bit so may be off here. Sounds like you're saying the issue is that leaver buster punishes just leaving, but shouldn't do that when other forms of abusing the system are still in place. I'd say if you have to explain it to your child you should hope your child is intelligent and explain that you solve the easy problems first and then tackle the big ones. Leaver buster is a much simpler programing issue than programming an automated system to catch people who change their behavior after a failed surrender vote. That's what reporting is for, and hopefully the new tribunal will work well to streamline the process.

If I'm completely off base w/ what you were trying to say, then let me know. However, I think I kinda got the point (unless you were saying that if having a surrender vote option is okay then why can't you just AFK when you want to, in which case I don't even know where to start w/ helping you on that).
