99% slow on Jhin's ult?
Jhin's ult slow is apparently increased from 80% to 99% Isn't that a bit excessive? Having played against and as Jhin, I thought 80% was pretty good. I get that it could be increased a little more. Maybe 85/90%, but 99%?

it's to make up for the fact the it's a buggy ulti and people slide around and blink and glitch back and forth when u try to aim LOL

Yeah, it's way too much. The 80% was already perfect for getting multiple shots on the same target or helping your team catch someone out.
You realize is pretty much the same since there is a movement cap of 110... so it only makes a difference on champions with movement speed of over 550 that is when the soft cap is applied on 80% slow. Making it 99% won't make much difference since most champions don't hit 550 movement speed under normal circunstances.
so there is no way of escape except if you flash out of range or the cone. that's so lame.
