Penalize players based on player's reports, not LeaverBuster.

Personally, I've been having bad internet. Not that I can't get connected every game, but many of the games. (The firewall error keeps popping up while I do not have any firewalls/anti virus programs). Still, LeaverBuster penalises me for it, even if it is a coop vs ai match and our team wins. I know I am a burden for my team once I'm afk, but I can't connect to game while most of my custom games connect well.

You guys say to check your connection by custom games. I connect to them fine. I get in normal/coop vs ai queue. I don't get into game. I get penalised, no matter how good our team does. I know I've done no good, but I believe that an automated system that penalises you hard every time you afk no matter what the reason is, is not the ideal way to deal with afk'ers nor people who have bad internet.

You guys should create a report button like the one you have on the report screen that you can report afk'ers separately (separate from the report button because tribunal's been long gone) so that the team can decide rather if the person gets a penalty or not, because human eyes and thoughts are still accurate than automated robots.

no thanks, Id rather not have afk punishments left up to people believing someones sob story.

Leaverbuster is just as much about stopping people who disconnect frequently as it is to stop people from rage quitting. If you are getting leaverbuster punishments you need to be changing something before you queue again, not just hopping your connection issue goes away.

There is really no reason to have people judging this, leaving is very binary and accuracy has never been an issue of leaverbuster.

well, it may be unfortunate, but what you are doing is one of the things leaverbuster exists to prevent. You are just queuing up knowing you have crapping internet hopping that you don't disconnect.
