Cons and Pros about the new honor System

I really do prefer the old system then the new honor system that is coming out soon.

It's gonna help like the old one did , its gonna be a trend for a while ,you'll need to add rewards for it to keep the players going.(Look at the Pros) Back , when the Old System was new, people honored a lot because of the Cool Ribbons you'll get for a huge amount of honor. :) . that's why I like it the new Honor System.

PROS: the new honor system will help morale on teams because it makes it more of a team game (though there is a con to this). people will feel better that they get honored now instead of getting a fancy ribbon frame for a few weeks they have to keep getting honored to keep their "flair" and increase the number of rewards they get.

also this will encourage people to actually help their teammates because they will want to do something honor worthy (personally I don't care about honor as long as I'm enjoying myself and helping my team but whatever)

CONS: there WILL be major abuse of the new honor system from premades and boosters, I do firmly believe that there will be "honor boosting" where a group of friends will play a lot of games and honor each other to quickly and consistently increase their honor rank without actually doing anything useful for their team, this is the major downside of the new system as with anything else.

Secondly there will be times when you do something useful (like saving an ally who then gets a penta or something else major) and you will get zero recognition for it because you are with a bunch of Soloers who think they would have done amazing without your help

So yeah there are good and bad things with this new honor system but as it moves foreward I think the good will eventually outshine the bad, but if not then this system might very well cause some large problems for Riot in the future from people who become more or less victimized by the new system

Another good idea, if someone is toxic, and they have a high honor level, and they get Leaver buster or Instant feedback, they should get demoted a rank but not all, because if you lose all they'll feel depression/angry/etc, usually people will stop after the first warning . If they do get a second warming it's 2 demoted ranks. After the 3 warning it's permanent ban from using then new honor system.
