Riot some good points given here on new players
while i know its a rant talking about league having problems and that it is a bad game but it does give some points that will probably help think of things on teaching new players to play.

I think that riot may be able to improve on the tutorial at the beginning but to learn to play league of legends you actually have to play the game. This guy doesn't want to learn to play for himself. There are some streamers out there who do explain what they do and why but sometimes to have to play to learn things like Zed's ult cancels an annie q but that she will still have stun up after.
