Why do People get SO Angry?

So I just played a game against a Yasuo(he was silver or gold i think, I'm unranked) in Team Builder. I was Syndra(hard countered by yasuo), but anyways, I went 1/9/5. I fed Yasuo like 3-4 kills in lane, because I am just not as good as a gold/silver. Why don't people get that? I couldn't even ult him because his wall, and I just plain did badly. And here my team is, telling me to uninstall, afk and all that. They say, never play mid again, u suck at Syndra, but last game as FIRST TIME ahri I went 17/4. So people base my skill off of one, completely ufair game, and I'm reported for it. I ask for ganks, Voli goes in at lvl 2, dies for first blood. Yas kills me once, and then it just gets worse....Someone want to friend me for actually fun games and help me get better at countering Yasuo? I really need a non-toxic environment.....I never even got a blue buff. Then the Lux on our team, she gets so mad(she was silver) and she just hates on me.

  1. When you are in a unfavorable match-up, you need to play very safe. It doesn't mater if you don't get any kills, just don't give too much kills, or else you will give a disadventage to your team.

  2. When playing against yas as syndra, I would either stun him, then ult him if i'm in range or bait his wall, then ult him.

  3. I hope you alrealy know it, but you must not be reliant to blue buff in order to win lane. Also, if you are losing hard your lane, I suggest not taking blue if you think you might give it to the enemy (except in rare cases, like if you're playing anivia)

  4. The mute button is your friend! Use it when you team gets too annoying and starts flaming.

Because feeders are a waste of 30 mins for the 5 people on the team. It's a team game, people expect the other players to perform well.

Solution: Get better, don't complain when people blame you for your own mistakes. What, are you actually expecting people to praise you for singlehandedly losing the game for 5 people?

Sadly the answer to your title question is because people valuing winning more than they value other people.

Matchmaking is supposed to sort of give you more even odds or somewhat closer match of "teams" not individuals. Sometimes it doesn't work out well.

When people get full of hate, mute them, report them. I don't pvp but you can friend me, bots is about the least non toxic environment, but you can't learn to counter yasuo in bot because there is no yasuo bot to play against i don't think. I have seen some community advertisements that say they are non toxic, I don't have any feedback about that to give you, but you can seek those out, they usually use a voice chat client and you'd need a mic and headset. Or you can shrug it off and keep going, but you probably will run into people like that along the way. It's weird, I've fed before and have apologized in end chat and have received honorable opponent for it. I've been bitched out too. I've lost lane and received honorable opponent because I made it hard for them, evidently harder than they thought it would be, still they won lane. Sometimes if you read the boards, you will see other players looking for friendly players to play with. Try using the board search function at the top and search using "friendly players" http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/search?query=friendly+players&content_type=discussion

Good Luck! <3

ELO has nothing to do with Anger level, I can 100% guarantee. People get mad at the game because they invest a part of themselves in it (e.g. Pulled out my main for this one, ready to roll faces?)

It's when the part of yourself you put in doesn't equal the fun you get out of the experience that people get pissed off (e.g. I won my lane, but we fed Akali and now we're better off surrendering wtf this was supposed to be my game to carry).

Thanks for the help. I'll try to stop being such a feast or famine kinda guy. And I completely forgot about Zhonya's and Seekers. I appreciate your thoughtful answer

Do you know how I did as first time Ahri? 0/3 ff at 20. The next game, 0/2. The game after, 2/7. Then 6/7. Then 4/5.

Point of this post: I'm a really bad Ahri. I get no hate for this.
