Thoughts on old Bard?

I personally am very happy Riot released another support, I do main it after all :). I feel like his Q is well designed, a great CC that is conditional, some poke. His W is COMPLETELY new to League, and I find it an exciting ability. I'm not so sure about his E, I need some confirmation.....such as: How many people allowed through before it runs out? Does it run out? Is there a limit to number of tunnels? Can tunnels be destroyed?. And for his ultimate, I am really excited. It stops everything, which makes it easily used for almost anything.

Overall, he looks like a fun support, completely different from recent releases, and I can't wait to buy him. What are your thoughts GD? Think he is OP, UP? Will he be tanky or a mage support? Are his abilities well designed and refreshing?

Judging by his physical build, I'm guessing Blitz-like build, offtank basically. But you never know, there are always those full tank Annies out there and complete offensive Braum's. I really excited too, can't wait to try him!!!! :)

The League announce page has a video of his abilities. Looks like it only lasts for ~5 seconds, no apparent limit on the number of players who can use it. Not sure if the portal time scales with level or what the CD time is.
